What support measures exist?

The Office’s role is to inform and assist anyone wishing to make a report through internal or external channels. You may contact us via telephone, e-mail, mail, MyGuichet or in-person (by appointment only).

All advice provided by the Office, whether by telephone, in writing or during a personal meeting, is entirely free of charge.

The Law does not provide any form of reward for whistleblowers who report a violation.

Beyond the general assistance and information offered by the Office, no specific legal aid mechanism for whistleblowers exists in Luxembourg. However, individuals seeking legal advice may contact the Legal Information and Reception Service (Service d’information et d’accueil juridique) and may, under certain conditions, apply for free legal aid.
